HCM goes beyond managing human resources. HCM aims to increase and foster commitment within its human resources in order to improve engagement with the organization's growth and development. This course provides an overview of Talent Acquisition (TA), its components, and principles and structures for systematically approaching TA challenges. This course focuses on practical discussions. It explores how organizations can adapt their TA practices to ensure continued business success. Participants will learn how an organization's compensation system can be a motivating force for growth and development. They will also be instructed in the design of an equitable rewards system that is appropriate to an organization's manpower needs. Participants will also learn how to monitor the results of compensation policies based on their philosophy and goal.
