Everyone is kind and creative in their own ways. Because of its culture, it's an arts- and technology school unlike any other. You can find work-life balance.

The majority of people are pleasant and friendly. If you are assigned to the Academics Department, you will be able to learn aa lot.

It can be difficult to manage facilities, especially if the school is renting. This includes difficulties in dealing with students with special needs and communicating with parents and colleagues about concerns.

Terrible experience. Management is full of politics, which makes it toxic. I wouldn't recommend.
