I took the social media strategy course several months ago. It was not terrible, but it wasn't great. It was moderately worthwhile considering the price. Although there were many case studies, most of them were from well-known brands. There were no success stories from private businesses or small businesses, which I believe most students could relate to better.

The social media course was okay, but not great. The only problem I had was that I had to pay extra for certification. After the class, you will be given an exam to obtain certification. I attended the class in February. The exam information was not available except that it would soon be. I kept following up in March and April, but received no feedback. In April, I received a notice that the exam was available the following day. There was no information about where or how it could be accessed. An email stating that the best time to take the exam is within 30 days of the end of the session. This will ensure freshness in learning and assessment. Only if you have made the exam accessible after the course as promised .... and informed us how to take it.

It's a great place to make learning and education more exciting and fun!
