My withdrawal was not working properly. I finally got it after 10 business days. These issues are not best served by live support! Live support does not know anything about payment methods, and has no idea! ! The person you should go to is THE MANAGER He will speak your language to guide you through the process of withdrawing. So I had to change my payment method. Withdrawal was completed in two days: It was my error that i did not pick up the manager's phone for 7 days, and instead relied on live support. The only problem for me was withdrawal. I think this broker is great! Excellent execution and spreads I also emailed the FSC (FSC's regulator) and they were too responsive and asked about my evidence and complaint! (At which point, my complaint was already settled) Manager, thumbs up! Live support is a thumbs up!

I have an account with you and I was going to make an investment. But, I changed my mind. How can you explain the 3.6 Stars rating, and all the negative reviews? Start being open and honest about your withdrawal policies. It is so difficult to withdraw money as many claim here.
